General Care
It is recommended to keep jewelry from salt water, chlorine, sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, lotions, cleaning supplies etc. When not in use we recommend a quick clean with luke warm water and mild soap. Completely pat dry with a non abrasive soft cloth before packing away in their box & an airtight plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing.
Gold Care
Proper care of your gold jewelry will assure a long-lasting glow. Gold is tarnish-resistant, but it can get dirty or smudged. Every so often, clean your gold jewelry. Do not use any kind of abrasive that might scratch the gold. Rinse and pat dry jewelry after cleaning
Silver Care
Silver is a beautiful precious metal and natural oxidization does happen after continuous wear from contact with moisture/oils from the skin, things you may use like perfume for example, lotions and exposure to the natural elements. Follow general care.

Making it very affordable to everyone who wants a lovely classic piece of jewelry. Just like most metals Bronze tends to oxidize. It is in it's nature to age beautifully through everyday wear and being exposed to the natural elements. If you prefer to keep shiny use a jewelry polishing cloth. Follow general care.
Jewelry Cleaning
To keep and maintain your jewelry this is recommended depending on the condition. There may be a cases where there was a reaction to chemicals from perfumes, lotions, oils, sprays, cleaning products, etc. causing the jewelry to tarnish which may need a more intense cleaning. Jewelry Home Cleaning
If tarnish occurs.
1. Use a dry jewelry polishing cloth
2. Rub the jewelry till tarnish disappears
or
1. Use a small bowl with warm water
2. Add a few drops of mild/natural liquid soap to the jewelry
3. Rub the wet soft jewelry polishing cloth till the tarnish disappears
4. Pat dry on a soft dry cloth.

Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We offer exchanges and refunds on un-worn jewelry with-in 7 days of deliver. Sorry, but shipping is not included in returns.
We do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now in the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item.
